Brice M. Timmons

Brice Timmons practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation and criminal law. He has been admitted to practice before all courts of the state of Tennessee.
Mr. Timmons received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Memphis in 2007. He earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Mr. Timmons was presented the Dean’s Award for Excellence, Best Brief, the Lewis Powell Medal for Excellence in Oral Advocacy (ACTL) and the Dean’s Award for Excellence, Best Oral Advocate.
Mr. Timmons served in the U.S. Army from 1999-2002.
Mr. Timmons is a member of the Graduate Faculty of the Department of Political Science at the University of Memphis where he instructs courses in constitutional law and the history of Anglo-American jurisprudence.
Mr. Timmons is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
